In the master, there is a king size bed and very nice, comfortable bedding. In the living room is a queen sofa sleeper and in the hall is a bunk with two twin-size beds. This condo is on the 12th floor, offering a lower floor for those of you afraid of heights! From the balcony, you can easily see dolphins at play or watch the seagulls fight over that pesky bug! 1229 is one of the nicest floor plans in Emerald Beach Resort. The floor plan puts the master bedroom to the left when you walk in the door. As you wander down the hall, you’ll pass the bunks on your left. The kitchen is next and opens to the left, overlooking the living/dining area. The spacious living room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. LOCATION IN THE BUILDING This condo is in the east wing of the resort. The easiest way to get there is to take the east bank of elevators up and it will be just outside the elevator. This condo has lightening fast Wi-Fi that is password protected. The password will be in your check-in instruction email before you arrive.
