When you come to the beach, you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, time in the sun and cherished memories with family. Maybe staying in a condo is your thing, but if you’re tired of the elevators, parking garages and long lines, you have to check this house out.
This house is huge, very well laid out and has bedding to sleep 12! And what’s best, it’s located right on the beach. No streets to cross, no long boardwalks to travel down – you’re right on the beach, just walk out your back door, and onto the sand!
SIZE, ARRANGEMENT AND BEDDING AND OTHER DETAILS
This home rings in just over 2,000 square feet and has 4 full size bedrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs and the other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed, and the other three guest bedrooms have two queens, a king and two full size beds. There is one full bathroom downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs.
The Kitchen is downstairs, overlooking the spacious living area.
Upstairs there is a large, open deck and downstairs there is a large Florida room and huge, open recreation deck with patio furniture and umbrella, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |
