There are tons of things that set Emerald Beach Resort apart from the rest: several pools to choose from, onsite Starbucks, close proximity to Pier Park, super nice luxury appointments. The beach is pristine, the gulf of Mexico is emerald green and the skies are almost always blue.
SIZE, ARRANGEMENT AND BEDDING AND OTHER DETAILS
This two bedroom condo is on the end of the 20th floor and is huge, with bedding for 8 people! There are two full size bedrooms with a king in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom is right on the gulf! The living area is very spacious and there is tile throughout. And wait until you see the balcony – it’s just huge!

Emerald Beach 2025 is one of the nicest floor plans in Emerald Beach Resort. The floor plan puts the guest bedroom to the left when you walk in the door. As you wander down the hall, you’ll pass the bunks on your right. The kitchen is next and opens to the right, overlooking the living/dining area. The spacious living room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach, unit 2025. The condo is well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The building is immaculate and well cared for as well. I would recommend this unit and also PCBLP to our friends.
