One of the only true full scale resorts in Panama City Beach, Emerald Beach Resort is huge and perfect for your beach vacation. Emerald Beach has great onsite amenities, several pools to choose from, a convenient location close to Pier Park, and some of the best sunset views on the beach.
SIZE, ARRANGEMENT AND BEDDING AND OTHER DETAILS
This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor – which is perfect if you’re not too keen on heights. Located in the center of the building, the entry way is covered in case of that unlikely summer shower.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest, queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin bunks in the hallway. Of course, there is a full size kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, drinks and entertain.
This condo has lightening fast Wi-Fi that is password protected. The password will be in your check-in instruction email before you arrive.

Emerald Beach is very large, and with that, they have some really first class amenities.
- 3 pools – one zero edge on the Gulf, two on the north side of the property. Each have a tiki bar which serves drinks

Policies
| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |

We stayed in this beautiful 4th floor condo for a week. Very clean, quiet and homey. The view was fabulous. The location was very close to Pier park. Working with the PCBLP team exceeded our expectations. Thank you for everything, it was our pleasure.
