SIZE, ARRANGEMENT AND OTHER DETAILS
This condo is a very roomy 2 bedroom lock-off. What this means is that on one side of the condo, you have a full size kitchen and living area, along with the master bedroom. And on the other side, for the second bedroom, you actually have a studio with a mini kitchen.

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |

Everything was great. The view of the Gulf was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice getting to talk to some of the snowbirds staying at Seahaven. Did not want to leave so soon.
I’ve been staying in Florida condos since 2005, and I have to say that all were nice, but I feel that SeaHaven 502/504 is my absolute favorite. It is very clean, very nicely furnished and decorated and just plain comfortable. The views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sparkling white beach are fantastic. There is nothing like having breakfast in the dining room or on the wrap around deck and looking out at the beautiful sky and sea. I traveled with a friend this time, and she had her own room, bath and kitchenette. Both of us had plenty of privacy when we wanted. The elevator is across the hall which makes moving luggage and groceries, etc. very quick and easy. AND the elevator cannot be heard inside the condo. There is a crosswalk in front of the building that provides quick access to the beach. I am recommending SeaHaven 502/504 to all my friends.
My husband and I stayed in SeaHaven 502/504 the weekend of May 18-21 for my daughter’s wedding and enjoyed our stay very much. We felt the room, furnishing, access to beach, and veiw were great! The only problem was having to leave! We would recommend this to our friends and would love to stay there again if we ever had the chance. Our first trip to Florida was deffinately a positive one.
My husband and I stayed with my sister and her fiance for Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean, the views were great and it was awesome being so close to the elevator. I can also not say enough about the staff here at PCBLP. They were so helpful and responsive when our cable was out. I would book this condo again and I would definitely book through this property management group.
We stayed for 2 months in Seahaven 502/504 and loved every minute of it! Minimal questions or problems arose, when they did the staff at PCBLP took care of it immediately. We have a terrific experience going through vrbo from the beginning to end with this management company. Cannot wait to return in 2014. Thank you Jason and Dustin!!
Stayed in Seahaven 502/504 for my spring break and i think everyone was jealous of our room. The view was great and it was very spacious. I am highly considering coming back for another vacation.
We stayed in Seahaven 502/504 for SpringBreak. It was exactly as described and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Having the mini-suite was perfect for our guest to have their own privacy. Of course the complex was a little loud but that is to be expected in PCB during Spring Break. We had a perfect view of the pool and threw open the curtains each morning for a wonderful view of the Gulf. Parking and the elevator were so convenient. Communication with PCBLP about our stay was fantastic. I have already recommended this unit to several of my friends.
