Located just a short mile from Pier Park and a 7 minute walk from Gulf World, Origin puts you close to all the action. This quaint resort is beautifully decorated, well groomed and packed with amenities.
SIZE, ARRANGEMENT AND OTHER DETAILS
There are several studio floor plans in Origin at Seahaven, but this is by far the best in location, size and arrangement. This particular condo is located on the west wing (the best wing) and is on the outside of the building.

- HUGE at just under 600 sf!
- The king bed is crazy comfy
- Roomy layout and very capacious
- Living area has queen pull out sofa
- Located on the outside (west) and close to the front
- Actually, this is the most front-ward facing studio in the building!

- Very nice tile countertops

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |

The Origin room 905 was exactly as stated in the property details. The room is being well maintained/clean. I enjoy staying at this property for the convenience of food and fun…and of course, a beautiful beach! Sharky’s is right across the street and offers good food and drinks. Pier Park is about a mile away, walkable if necessary. There are four elevators so there is never really a wait. Hope you find The Origin 905 as nice as I did.
My wife and I had a great time during our stay at The Origin room 905. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love Sharky’s, so being right across the street from them was a definate plus for us. The Origin is very convenient to all activities in Panama City Beach. A great place on a great beach.
Stayed in studio 905 for seven day, we had a blast and loved everything about Origin at Seahaven! Jason and the entire Panama city beach luxury properties team were very helpful and thoughtful! Awesome trip for anyone!!!

Origin at Seahaven 905 was a perfect stay for my husband and I. The PCBLP team was very thoughtfull on directions to condo, how to get to room and leaving a nice welcome bag. Loved the view, everything was clean and a very short walk to beach. Hope to come back soon.
Stayed in 905 at Origin. The view was awesome. The room was clean and Jason and Dustin are always on the ball for anything we need. The prices are affordable and I would definitely stay here again. Thank You Again!!!
Recently stayed in Origin 905 the week of March 18. Really enjoyed everything about it. The view was pretty impressive, able to look right down at Sharky’s and the beach. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Check-In at the PCBLP office was a breeze & hassle free. Overall, the stay was great & memorable, will definitely stay again in the future.
