Tidewater is one of the few resorts that is this close to Pier Park offering such a complete set of amenities. Located just a quick half mile west of Pier Park, Tidewater features two huge lagoon pools, an enormous fitness center, a huge movie theater, tons of great arcade games for the kids and a large indoor, heated pool.
This particular condo is located on a very low floor (floor 13) so your summer long elevator waits are almost nonexistent and your total car to condo trip time is almost nothing!
In addition, this condo has been recently updated with new appointments and is one of the few 1 bedroom floor plans in Panama City Beach that has a Gulf-front master bedroom.
One of the huge perks of this particular floor plan is that in addition to the Gulf-front master, it has a full second bathroom right off the separate bunk area. Also, in the living room, there is a queen sofa sleeper.

| Cancellation Policy We totally understand plans change. Our cancellation policy states that if you have to cancel your reservation, we need 45 days advance notice from the day you were supposed to check in in order to get your advance rental payment returned in full. All cancellations that are made 45 days in advance of check-in or greater will have a $45 processing fee. If you cancel within 44 days and 31 days of your expected check-in, we will keep 50% of your advance rent payment. If you cancel within 30 days of your expected check-in, then we reserve the right to keep all of your advance rental payment. |
| Deposit Policy On all of our properties we use Damage Insurance. This is great because you don't have to come up with hefty deposits and be out that cash while your on vacation. We charge $40. It's easy, simple and cheap for you. |

Just got home last night! We just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Tidewater #1312. It was such a great place and so convenient to our activities!! We plan on going back – thanks again for last minute offer! Happy New Year!!
We were able to stay in Tidewater #1312 for a last minute weekend get-away, and absolutely enjoyed the place. It was neat, clean, quiet, and best of all, you could hear the waves hit the beach all night long. We have made several trips here and plan on continuing. Thanks for the “magnificent” stay!
The place was great! Clean. With the key pad at the door we loved not having to pay attention to where we put our key card. The view was great! Looking forward to coming back!
Just left Tidewater 1312 Saturday. We absolutely had a great time. We plan to go back and would love to have this condo again. It was clean very well decorated. We just loved it. The ocean view big huge balcony. I saw a few other units that week and ours was by far the best, some were even bigger and our still the best!!!! Its so close to shopping eating. The only thing I wish would come with it would be the layout chairs on the beach but would definitely be there again!! Great time!!!!!!!!
